The Selous Game Reserve is one of the largest faunal reserves of the world, located in the south of Tanzania. It was named after Englishman Sir Frederick Selous, a famous big game hunter and early conservationist, who died at Beho Beho in this territory in 1917 while fighting against the Germans during World War I.

Kilimanjaro, is the highest mountain in Africa at 5,895 metres or 19,341 feet above sea level. Snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro is  the world's tallest walkable mountain. You go through 5 different climatic zones to reach the summit. 


Annually, approximately 15,000 people attempt to reach the summit of the mountain, of whom 50% do so.​
